What is AlumiCast™ technology?
AlumiCast is RDI's groundbreaking technology that gives Fusion composite railing a true matte aluminum look with comparable aluminum strength — while maintaining the water resistance, low maintenance, and value of composite materials.
What is Composicore®?
Composicore is RDI's proprietary composite core that contains no wood fibers. This makes it inherently water resistant — it won't rot, splinter, warp, or stain, and it resists mold. It's what makes RDI composite railing last so long.
How does Fusion compare to aluminum railing?
Fusion delivers the sleek matte aluminum look at a lower price point. While true aluminum railing (like Avalon) offers different color options and AAMA certification, Fusion gives you aluminum aesthetics with composite value and moisture resistance.
What sizes does Fusion Railing come in?
Fusion is available in 6' lengths with 36" and 42" heights. Gate kits are available for openings up to 48" wide.
Is Fusion Railing pre-assembled?
Yes. Fusion panels come pre-built and install quickly and easily. The combination of pre-assembly and Composicore construction makes it one of the fastest-installing composite railing systems available.
